We want to share some information about our standard detachable units. These units have a size of 5.95m (length) x 3m (width) x 2.8m (height), providing ample space for your housing needs. The frames are made of 2.3mm galvanized steel, ensuring durability and sturdiness. 
 
Our standard units also come with 2 PVC-framed windows, a regular door, and walls made with 50mm EPS sandwich panels.
 
If you're interested in purchasing one of our standard units, the cost is P185,000.00 plus 12% VAT. The great news is that this price includes the delivery of materials straight to your address! Please keep in mind that you will need to hire a contractor for building permits and assembly. But don't worry, we're happy to provide recommendations for trusted contractors in your area.

  • How to Order

    Let's get started on your container house project! You can send us a message with your design plan or share the link of your preferred design in one of our posts. 

    Once we receive your request, we'll promptly provide you with a detailed quotation. If you're happy with the quote, we'll move forward with creating a contract for you to sign. 

    Our payment process is easy and convenient: simply transfer 50% of the funds via bank transfer. 

    We can't wait to see your new container house take shape! As soon as everything is finalized, we'll quickly and safely ship it to your site.
